Steak Tacos with Gold’s Zesty Horseradish Sauce
Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ½ lb Sirloin steak
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon neutral oil
- 8 to 10 flour or corn tortillas
- 4 tablespoons Gold’s Zesty Horseradish Sauce
- 4 radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- ½ cup canned corn, drained
- Fresh cilantro, to serve
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Remove the steak from the fridge, and let rest for 20 minutes, Pat dry, and season liberally with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat the neutral oil in a cast iron pan or grill over high heat. Add the steak, and cook to desired doneness, about 10 to 15 minutes, Remove from the pan, and let rest on a cutting board.
- Thinly slice the steak into ¼ inch slices, and arrange on a tortilla with ½ tablespoon Gold’s Horseradish Dressing, sliced radishes, green onion, corn, and fresh cilantro.
