Steak Tacos with Gold’s Zesty Horseradish Sauce

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ lb Sirloin steak
  • ¾  teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon neutral oil
  • 8 to 10 flour or corn tortillas
  • 4 tablespoons Gold’s Zesty Horseradish Sauce
  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup canned corn, drained
  • Fresh cilantro, to serve

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Remove the steak from the fridge, and let rest for 20 minutes, Pat dry, and season liberally with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Heat the neutral oil in a cast iron pan or grill over high heat. Add the steak, and cook to desired doneness, about 10 to 15 minutes, Remove from the pan, and let rest on a cutting board.
  • Thinly slice the steak into ¼ inch slices, and arrange on a tortilla with ½ tablespoon Gold’s Horseradish Dressing, sliced radishes, green onion, corn, and fresh cilantro.
