Chickpea Celery Salad with Horseradish Dressing
Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1-2 tsp Gold’s White Prepared Horseradish
- 1 sheet of matzo, or 3 Ryvita crackers (if it’s not Passover!)
- 100-150g smoked salmon
- 1 tsp fresh dill
- Sliced red onion
- Capers
- Sprouts
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine cream cheese and horseradish.
- Spread over the matzo or crackers. Top with smoked salmon, dill, red onion, capers, and sprouts!
- Enjoy!
