Original Horseradish Herby Salad for Passover
Serves: 4-6
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cups mixed lettuce
- 2 cups arugula
- ½ cup parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup dill, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- ½ cup roasted almonds, chopped
- 1 avocado, chopped
DRESSING:
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp Gold’s White Prepared Horseradish
- 1 tbsp honey
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl, reserving the almonds and avocado until serving.
- In a jar, combine olive oil, lemon juice, zest, Gold’s White Prepared Horseradish, and honey.
- Toss with salad before serving.
- Enjoy!
