Original Horseradish Herby Salad for Passover

Spicy, tangy horseradish is the perfect addition to a lemony salad dressing with a touch of honey. Substitute your favorite herbs for a delicious and nutritious salad that is packed with flavor!

Original Horseradish Herby Salad for Passover

Serves: 4-6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 cups mixed lettuce
  • 2 cups arugula
  • ½ cup parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup dill, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • ½ cup roasted almonds, chopped
  • 1 avocado, chopped

DRESSING:

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp Gold’s White Prepared Horseradish
  • 1 tbsp honey

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl, reserving the almonds and avocado until serving.
  2. In a jar, combine olive oil, lemon juice, zest, Gold’s White Prepared Horseradish, and honey.
  3. Toss with salad before serving.
