Horseradish Tuna Salad

Serves: 1 to 2

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can light tuna in water
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Gold’s Prepared Horseradish\
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk celery finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

TO SERVE:

  • Sourdough bread, toasted
  • Thinly sliced radishes
  • Microgreens or arugula

Preparation:

  1. Add the tuna to a medium bowl. Use a fork to flake the fish.
  2. Add the Gold’s Prepared Horseradish, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, lemon zest, and dill, mixing to combine. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Spread on your bread, and top with radishes and microgreens.
