Horseradish Hummus
Makes: 1-1/2 Cups
INGREDIENTS:
- 1, 15-oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- ½ cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons Gold’s Horseradish, plus more to garnish
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ⅓ cup olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, Gold’s Horseradish, garlic clove, lemon zest, and lemon juice, blending until combined.
- With the food processor running, slowly stream the olive oil into the hummus until smooth. Season with salt, as needed.
- Serve.
