  • 4 ears corn, husks removed
  • 2 tablespoons Gold’s Horseradish Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon lime zest
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 3 tablespoons cotija cheese

Preparation:

  1. Soak the corn in a pot of cold water for 5 to 10 minutes to prevent burning. Drain, and pat dry with a paper towel.

  3. Remove from the grill, set aside.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the Gold’s Horseradish Sauce, mayonnaise, lime juice, and lime zest.
  5. Use a pastry brush to coat the corn, and sprinkle it with chili powder, cotija cheese, and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
