Honey Mustard Biscuits & Butter in the Air Fryer
Serves: 4
BISCUIT INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold
- 3/4 cup buttermilk, cold
- 2 tablespoons Gold’s Honey Mustard
BISCUIT INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a large mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the butter.
- Grate the butter using the largest hole of a box grater. Add to the flour.
- Using a fork, mix in the butter until combined and butter is about the size of small peas. Add buttermilk and mustard and mix until a thick dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a clean counter and knead 5 to 6 times until the flour is all incorporated, careful not to overwork the dough.
- Form the dough into a 1 ½ inch thick circle. Slice into 8 wedges.
- Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray.
- Place biscuits 2- inches apart on the basket; working in batches, if necessary, Cook at 400°F for 8 – 10 minutes.
HONEY MUSTARD SPREAD INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 teaspoons Gold’s Honey Mustard
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
HONEY MUSTARD SPREAD INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine all spread ingredients in small bowl and mix until fully blended.
