Honey Mustard Biscuits & Butter

Honey Mustard Biscuits & Butter in the Air Fryer

Serves: 4

BISCUIT INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk, cold
  • 2 tablespoons Gold’s Honey Mustard

BISCUIT INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the butter.
  2. Grate the butter using the largest hole of a box grater. Add to the flour.
  3. Using a fork, mix in the butter until combined and butter is about the size of small peas. Add buttermilk and mustard and mix until a thick dough forms.
  4. Transfer the dough to a clean counter and knead 5 to 6 times until the flour is all incorporated, careful not to overwork the dough.
  5. Form the dough into a 1 ½ inch thick circle. Slice into 8 wedges.
  6. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray.
  7. Place biscuits 2- inches apart on the basket; working in batches, if necessary, Cook at 400°F for 8 – 10 minutes.

HONEY MUSTARD SPREAD INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 teaspoons Gold’s Honey Mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper

HONEY MUSTARD SPREAD INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine all spread ingredients in small bowl and mix until fully blended.
