Honey Horseradish Salmon
Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 4, 125-150g salmon filets
- 2 tablespoons Gold’s Horseradish
- 4 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 400F. Generously grease a baking tray.
- In a small bowl, combine the Gold’s Horseradish, honey, garlic powder, and olive oil.
- Arrange the lemon slices on the tray in an even layer.
- Place the salmon filets on top of the lemon slices. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the Gold’s Horseradish mixture onto each salmon filet, spreading to coat the filet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on thickness. To test for doneness, the salmon should be opaque and flaky.
