Honey Horseradish Salmon

Honey Horseradish Salmon

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 4, 125-150g salmon filets
  • 2 tablespoons Gold’s Horseradish
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Preheat the oven to 400F. Generously grease a baking tray.
  • In a small bowl, combine the Gold’s Horseradish, honey, garlic powder, and olive oil.
  • Arrange the lemon slices on the tray in an even layer.
  • Place the salmon filets on top of the lemon slices. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spoon the Gold’s Horseradish mixture onto each salmon filet, spreading to coat the filet.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on thickness. To test for doneness, the salmon should be opaque and flaky.
  • Enjoy!
