Gold’s Maple Dijon Brussels Sprouts
Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Gold’s Dijon Mustard
- ⅓ cup pomegranate seeds or dried cranberries
- ¼ cup pecans, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking tray with foil.
- In a large bowl, combine the brussels sprouts, olive oil, maple syrup and Gold’s Dijon Mustard, tossing to evenly coat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roast for 22 to 26 minutes, or until tender and golden.
- Toss with the pomegranate seeds, pecans, and parsley. serve.
