Gold’s Maple Dijon Brussels Sprouts
The perfect fall side dish…Brussels sprouts made with maple syrup, pomegranate seeds, and Gold’s Dijon Mustard. So delicious you will want to add this to your Thanksgiving menu!

Gold’s Maple Dijon Brussels Sprouts

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Gold’s Dijon Mustard
  • ⅓ cup pomegranate seeds or dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup pecans, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking tray with foil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the brussels sprouts, olive oil, maple syrup and Gold’s Dijon Mustard, tossing to evenly coat. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roast for 22 to 26 minutes, or until tender and golden.
  4. Toss with the pomegranate seeds, pecans, and parsley. serve.
