Gold’s Duck Sauce Sweet & Sour Chicken Wings
Crispy, oven-baked chicken wings are coated in a glossy sweet-and-sour duck sauce glaze, delivering the perfect balance of tangy fruitiness and savory richness in every sticky, finger-licking bite—ideal for game day or an easy crowd-pleasing appetizer.

Gold’s Duck Sauce Sweet & Sour Chicken Wings

Serves: 4 to 6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2lb chicken wings
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Gold’s Duck Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Prehat the oven to 250F. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil.
  • Use a paper towel to pat the chicken wings dry. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with baking powder and salt. Transfer to the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
  • With the chicken wings in the oven, increase the temperature to 425˚F and cook for an additional 40 to 50 minutes, or until crispy.
  • In a large bowl, combine the Duck Sauce and orange zest. Toss the cooked wings in the Duck Sauce and serve.
