Gold’s Duck Sauce Sweet & Sour Chicken Wings
Serves: 4 to 6
INGREDIENTS:
- 2lb chicken wings
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Gold’s Duck Sauce
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Prehat the oven to 250F. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil.
- Use a paper towel to pat the chicken wings dry. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with baking powder and salt. Transfer to the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
- With the chicken wings in the oven, increase the temperature to 425˚F and cook for an additional 40 to 50 minutes, or until crispy.
- In a large bowl, combine the Duck Sauce and orange zest. Toss the cooked wings in the Duck Sauce and serve.
