Fish Tacos with Wasabi Sauce
Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 small pieces (1lb) white fish, pat dry
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 1 tbsp Gold’s Wasabi Sauce
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salsa, to serve
- Wasabi sauce, to serve
- Corn tortillas, warmed
- Cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges, to serve
- Gold’s Wasabi Sauce, to serve
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation:
- Drizzle the fish with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and garlic.
- Heat a grill or pan over medium heat. Cook the fish for 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and flakes easily. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, mash the avocado with Wasabi sauce.
- Layer the avocado, fish, and salsa in a warmed tortilla.
- Top with cilantro, lime juice, and wasabi sauce.
