Fish Tacos with Wasabi Sauce
Break out the air fryer for this spicy snack!! Mix up this Gold’s Wasabi Dip and add some heat to your tater tots, chips or French fries!

Fish Tacos with Wasabi Sauce

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 small pieces (1lb) white fish, pat dry
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 1 tbsp Gold’s Wasabi Sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salsa, to serve
  • Wasabi sauce, to serve
  • Corn tortillas, warmed
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Lime wedges, to serve
  • Gold’s Wasabi Sauce, to serve
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation:

  1. Drizzle the fish with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and garlic.
  2. Heat a grill or pan over medium heat. Cook the fish for 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and flakes easily. Set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, mash the avocado with Wasabi sauce.
  4. Layer the avocado, fish, and salsa in a warmed tortilla.
  5. Top with cilantro, lime juice, and wasabi sauce.
  6. Enjoy!
