Creamy Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

Creamy Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

Serves: 4-6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3lb (3 large) russet potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 2 tbsp butter or non-dairy alternative
  • ¼ cup Gold’s Horseradish Cream
  • 1/3 cup vegetable or chicken broth, unsalted

Preparation:

  1. Place potatoes in a pot of salted water, bring to a boil, and cook for 15 minutes, or until tender.
  2. Add butter and Horseradish cream to the potatoes, and mash with a fork.
  3. Pour in broth while mashing, until smooth.
  4. Enjoy!
