Creamy Horseradish Mashed Potatoes
Serves: 4-6
INGREDIENTS:
- 3lb (3 large) russet potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 2 tbsp butter or non-dairy alternative
- ¼ cup Gold’s Horseradish Cream
- 1/3 cup vegetable or chicken broth, unsalted
Preparation:
- Place potatoes in a pot of salted water, bring to a boil, and cook for 15 minutes, or until tender.
- Add butter and Horseradish cream to the potatoes, and mash with a fork.
- Pour in broth while mashing, until smooth.
- Enjoy!
