Chicken Salad with Horseradish & Grapes
Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken (about 1lb)
- ⅔ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Gold’s Prepared Horseradish
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 large stalk celery, finely chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- ½ cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Gold’s Prepared Horseradish, lemon zest, celery, green onions, grapes, and dill, mixing to combine.
- Serve.
