Bloody Mary
It’s 5 o’clock somewhere! How about a boozy brunch at home by serving up a Bloody Mary made with Gold’s Horseradish and garnished with Paesana Pitted Castelvetrano Olives!

Bloody Mary with Paesana Pitted Castelvetrano Olives and Gold’s Horseradish

Serves: 1

INGREDIENTS:

  • Celery salt
  • 2 lime wedges
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 4 oz tomato juice
  • ½ oz Gold’s Horseradish
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 3 to 4 Paesana Pitted Castelvetrano Olives

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add some celery salt to a plate.
  2. Use a lime wedge to moisten the lip of the glass, and tip the glass into the celery salt, rotating to coat. Fill the glass with ice. Set aside.
  3. Squeeze the remaining lime into a cocktail shaker. Add the vodka, tomato juice, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce along with ice. Shake gently.
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with celery and Paesana Pitted Castelvetrano Olives.
