Baked Roast Beef & Horseradish Sliders
Sliders are an undeniable crowd-pleaser – and this mouthwatering recipe made with Gold’s Horseradish Sauce and Deli Mustard is certain to be a favorite!

Baked Roast Beef & Horseradish Sliders

Serves: 12

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 pack of Hawaiian Rolls
  • ¼ cup Gold’s Horseradish Sauce
  • 1 lb sliced deli roast beef
  • 12 oz sliced provolone
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Gold’s Delicatessen Mustard
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.  Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or oil.
  2. Slice the rolls in half lengthwise. One the bottom half, spread the Gold’s Horseradish Sauce in an even layer. Top with the deli roast beef and provolone.
  3. Place the bun tops over the assembled slider, and transfer to the prepared dish.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, Gold’s Delicatessen Mustard, and sesame seeds. Use a pastry brush to coat the tops of the buns.
  5. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes, or until golden, and the cheese has fully melted. Slice, and serve immediately.
