Baked Roast Beef & Horseradish Sliders
Serves: 12
INGREDIENTS:
- 12 pack of Hawaiian Rolls
- ¼ cup Gold’s Horseradish Sauce
- 1 lb sliced deli roast beef
- 12 oz sliced provolone
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Gold’s Delicatessen Mustard
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
PREPARATION:
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or oil.
- Slice the rolls in half lengthwise. One the bottom half, spread the Gold’s Horseradish Sauce in an even layer. Top with the deli roast beef and provolone.
- Place the bun tops over the assembled slider, and transfer to the prepared dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, Gold’s Delicatessen Mustard, and sesame seeds. Use a pastry brush to coat the tops of the buns.
- Bake for 22 to 25 minutes, or until golden, and the cheese has fully melted. Slice, and serve immediately.
