Bagel “Nachos”

Serves: 6

INGREDIENTS:

  • ⅓ cup cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Gold’s Prepared Horseradish
  • 8 oz bagel chips
  • 4 ounces lox or smoked salmon
  • 3 ounces Paesana Capers
  • 2 tablespoon chopped red onion
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • ⅓ cup English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon bagel spice

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and Gold’s Prepared Horseradish. Transfer to a piping bag.
  2. Arrange the bagel chips on a sheet pan or serving platter.
  3. Top with the cream cheese mixture, layering with the smoked fish, Paesana Capers, red onion, dill, cucumbers, and tomatoes.
  4. Sprinkle with the bagel spice, to serve.
