Air Fried Pickles with Gold’s Zesty Horseradish Sauce
Crispy, tangy, and seriously snackable—these Air Fried Pickles with Gold’s Zesty Horseradish Sauce bring the crunch and the kick. Perfect for parties, game day, or whenever you need something bold and maybe even addictive.

Air Fried Pickles with Horseradish Sauce

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1, 16-oz jar dill pickle chips or coins, drained
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon Gold’s Horseradish Sauce
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
  • Gold’s Zesty Horseradish Sauce, to serve

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 370˚F.
  2. Line a baking tray with paper towel and arrange the pickle chips in an even layer. Top with another piece of paper towel, and pat dry.
  3. In a medium bowl or shallow dish, whisk the egg and Gold’s Horseradish Sauce.
  4. In a separate dish, add the panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip the pickled into the egg mixture and then into the panko.
  6. Add to the air fryer in a single layer and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Working in batches, careful not to crowd the basket, air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden and crisp.
  8. Serve immediately with additional Gold’s Horseradish Sauce.
