Air Fried Pickles with Horseradish Sauce
Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS:
- 1, 16-oz jar dill pickle chips or coins, drained
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon Gold’s Horseradish Sauce
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
- Gold’s Zesty Horseradish Sauce, to serve
Preparation:
- Preheat the air fryer to 370˚F.
- Line a baking tray with paper towel and arrange the pickle chips in an even layer. Top with another piece of paper towel, and pat dry.
- In a medium bowl or shallow dish, whisk the egg and Gold’s Horseradish Sauce.
- In a separate dish, add the panko breadcrumbs.
- Dip the pickled into the egg mixture and then into the panko.
- Add to the air fryer in a single layer and drizzle with olive oil.
- Working in batches, careful not to crowd the basket, air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden and crisp.
- Serve immediately with additional Gold’s Horseradish Sauce.
