Bloody Mary with Paesana Pitted Castelvetrano Olives and Gold’s Horseradish
Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS:
- Celery salt
- 2 lime wedges
- 2 oz vodka
- 4 oz tomato juice
- ½ oz Gold’s Horseradish
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 stalk celery
- 3 to 4 Paesana Pitted Castelvetrano Olives
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add some celery salt to a plate.
- Use a lime wedge to moisten the lip of the glass, and tip the glass into the celery salt, rotating to coat. Fill the glass with ice. Set aside.
- Squeeze the remaining lime into a cocktail shaker. Add the vodka, tomato juice, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce along with ice. Shake gently.
- Strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with celery and Paesana Pitted Castelvetrano Olives.
