Horseradish Hummus

Makes: 1-1/2 Cups

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1, 15-oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons Gold’s Horseradish, plus more to garnish
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, Gold’s Horseradish, garlic clove, lemon zest, and lemon juice, blending until combined.
  • With the food processor running, slowly stream the olive oil into the hummus until smooth. Season with salt, as needed.
  • Serve.
