Grilled Horseradish Mustard Grilled Chicken
Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup Gold’s Horseradish Mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken breasts, olive oil, Gold’s Horseradish Mustard, and honey, tossing to combine. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes, or overnight.
- Heat a barbecue or grill to medium high heat. Add the chicken breasts, and grill over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with additional mustard.
