Sweet & Sour Meatballs
Juicy beef meatballs simmered in a sticky-sweet Gold’s Duck Sauce + BBQ blend. Quick, crowd-pleasing, and perfect for weeknight meals or game day snacks!

Sweet and Sour Duck Sauce Meatballs

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1lb lean ground beef
  • ⅓ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup Gold’s Duck Sauce
  • ⅓ cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced, to serve
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, to serve

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Preheat the oven to 375˚F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Bake meatballs for 20 minutes*.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine the Gold’s Duck Sauce, barbeque sauce, and rice vinegar.
  • Simmer meatballs in sauce for 15 min. Remove from heat. Cool slightly before serving.
  • *Cook meatballs until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) for safety.
