Sweet and Sour Duck Sauce Meatballs
Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS:
- 1lb lean ground beef
- ⅓ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup Gold’s Duck Sauce
- ⅓ cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced, to serve
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, to serve
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 375˚F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Bake meatballs for 20 minutes*.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the Gold’s Duck Sauce, barbeque sauce, and rice vinegar.
- Simmer meatballs in sauce for 15 min. Remove from heat. Cool slightly before serving.
- *Cook meatballs until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) for safety.
