Horseradish Jalapeño Poppers
Here’s a zesty twist on a party favorite: Horseradish Jalapeño Poppers! Horseradish Jalapeño Poppers

Makes: 24

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 jalapeños
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Gold’s Horseradish Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Using gloves, slices the jalapeños vertically, and remove the seeds and veins.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Gold’s Horseradish Sauce, and chives.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and olive oil.
  5. Fill each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake at for 20 to 22 minutes, or until the jalapeños are softened.
  7. Enjoy!
