Horseradish Jalapeño Poppers
Makes: 24
INGREDIENTS:
- 12 jalapeños
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons Gold’s Horseradish Sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using gloves, slices the jalapeños vertically, and remove the seeds and veins.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Gold’s Horseradish Sauce, and chives.
- In a small bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and olive oil.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with panko breadcrumbs.
- Bake at for 20 to 22 minutes, or until the jalapeños are softened.
