Horseradish Tuna Salad
Serves: 1 to 2
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can light tuna in water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Gold’s Prepared Horseradish\
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 stalk celery finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
- ¼ teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper, to taste
TO SERVE:
- Sourdough bread, toasted
- Thinly sliced radishes
- Microgreens or arugula
Preparation:
- Add the tuna to a medium bowl. Use a fork to flake the fish.
- Add the Gold’s Prepared Horseradish, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, lemon zest, and dill, mixing to combine. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Spread on your bread, and top with radishes and microgreens.
