Avocado Horseradish Toast

Avocado Horseradish Toast

Serves: 2

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 slices sourdough bread, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon Gold’s Prepared Horseradish, divided
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 radish, thinly sliced
  • Halved cherry tomatoes
  • Flaky salt, to serve

Preparation:

  1. Toast your bread to your desired doneness.
  2. Spread ½ tablespoon of Gold’s Prepared Horseradish on each slice, and top with avocado.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with sliced radishes, tomato and flaky salt.
